East Penn Manufacturing’s Capozzi and Anderson Promoted

The promotions of Mike Capozzi and Graham Anderson were recently announced by East Penn Manufacturing. Mr. Capozzi has been promoted to the position of Vice President, Quality and Continuous Improvement. 

>Mr Capozzi has nearly 40 years of experience in the battery industry. Since joining East Penn in 1977, he has held positions in engineering, plant management, and most recently as the Director, Continuous Improvement.

In this new role, Mr. Capozzi will be responsible for managing and coordinating continuous improvement efforts such as Lean Six Sigma and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) as well as other existing and pertinent East Penn programs. He will also oversee quality control and quality system programs.

>Mr. Anderson has been with East Penn for over 25 years since joining the company in 1981. He has held the position of Project Engineer, Manager of Project Engineering, and most recently the Director of Central Services.

In his new position, Mr. Anderson will be responsible for Project Engineering, central and satellite maintenance departments, construction, and machine shop activities as they relate to all East Penn plants and facilities.
