This limited warranty covers the defective product only. This is a limited warranty and not a full warranty. East Penn disclaims all other warranties express or implied including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Warranty replacement costs shall in no case exceed the amount paid for the original part. East Penn reserves the right to change the content of the catalog without notice.
