  IX. NOTICE TO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS – “SHINE THE LIGHT” REQUESTS

  Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, the “Shine the Light” law, our customers who are residents of California may request certain information about our disclosure of Personal information during the prior calendar year to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes.
