East Penn Manufacturing Co. has been named to TIME’s America’s Best Private Companies 2026 list. Presented in collaboration with Statista, the annual ranking recognizes the top private companies in the United States based on employee satisfaction and company impact.
East Penn ranked 18th among 500 private companies nationwide selected for this recognition.

The rankings are based on an independent evaluation that includes employee survey responses from approximately 217,000 U.S. employees collected over a three-year period. The assessment also considers each company’s societal impact through research conducted in partnership with The Upright Project, which evaluates contributions across society, knowledge, health, and the environment.
