East Penn is pleased to announce the complete certification of the company’s Environmental Management System to the requirements of ISO 14001:2004.
In 2002, an audit was conducted which resulted in East Penn’s Wire and Cable Division receiving Environmental Management System certification. Recently, the company’s manufacturing site and distribution facility were audited for compliance to the ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System (EMS) standard. The audit, performed by National Quality Assurance, was a complete success and resulted in both facilities being certified to ISO 14001:2004.
